Welcome to SEOLeads.tech. These Terms of Service and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order, using our services, or interacting with our platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Overview

SEOLeads.tech offers AI-powered SEO backlink services designed to improve your website’s visibility and performance. Our process begins immediately upon receiving your completed order form, which includes your contact details, website URL, and keywords. Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, once an order is in progress, it is final and non-refundable.

Eligibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful information. SEOLeads.tech is not liable for the outcome of services if inaccurate data is submitted, or if results are impacted by poor website structure, weak content, competitive niches, or other external SEO factors outside our control. While our AI systems are highly advanced, we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic levels, as these depend on multiple third-party variables such as search engine algorithm updates and market conditions

Order Process

• Orders are initiated immediately after we receive your completed onboarding form.
• No website access is required. We do not modify your site or content.
• Our team and systems begin working as soon as we receive your details, which makes all orders final and non-refundable once processing has started (see Section 7).

Service Delivery & Timelines

Fulfillment typically occurs within 10–15 business days, with backlink indexing managed through automated drip-feed systems over 60–90 days. In rare cases, this may take up to 180 days. Clients understand and accept this delivery window and agree that delays in indexing are not grounds for dispute or refund.

While we aim to enhance your SEO performance and online visibility, we make no guarantees of specific keyword rankings, traffic growth, or revenue increase. Search engine algorithms are volatile and influenced by external factors beyond our control.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only under exceptional conditions, such as complete service non-delivery or billing errors directly attributable to us. If our service yields no measurable SEO improvements within 60 days of confirmed completion, we will issue a full refund. No refunds will be granted once backlink building has begun, or reports have been delivered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEOLeads.tech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including ranking changes caused by third-party updates (e.g., Google algorithm changes), delays in indexing, or third-party platform performance, as well as loss of business, data, or revenue. In case shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific order question.

Intellectual Property

All content on SEOLeads.tech (including branding, service structure, automation logic, and wording) is the intellectual property of SEOLeads.tech.
You may not use, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at our discretion. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under UK jurisdiction.
