60-Day Results Guarantee

We stand by the performance of our services. If you do not see any measurable SEO improvement within 60 days of your order, you may be eligible for a full refund—no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our 60-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must provide evidence of no SEO improvement.
• You must have submitted the required information (website URL and keywords) via our onboarding form.
• You must contact us after 60 days of order confirmation at hello@seoleads.tech.
• The backlinks report must not have been delivered yet.

We reserve the right to apply a 25% processing fee in certain cases where partial work has been completed.

When Refunds Are Not Eligible

Due to the digital nature and immediate processing of our services, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• If the backlink creation process has already begun.
• If a report of completed backlinks has already been sent.
• If your SEO or backlink profile has shown any measurable improvement.
• If more than 90 days have passed since your order.

Upon receiving your completed onboarding form (including website details and keywords), our system and team immediately allocate resources and begin fulfillment. This ensures the fastest possible delivery and high operational efficiency. As a result, we are unable to cancel or refund any order that is already in progress, regardless of stage, to maintain fairness, service quality, and workflow continuity.

In rare cases, indexing may take up to 180 days, depending on Google’s crawling behavior. As this process is beyond our control, we cannot offer refunds or guarantees based on indexing timelines alone.

Delivery Timelines

• Orders are processed within 10–15 business days after you submit your onboarding form.
• In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on your project’s scope, niche availability and finding quality backlinks.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that bank and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
